Refund policy

If the Full Match Report ($35, one-time, including taxes where applicable) is not useful to you, our voluntary money-back guarantee lets you request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You do not need to give a reason, although feedback is welcome.

This guarantee is an additional commercial promise from us. It is separate from, and does not replace or restrict, any mandatory remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.

For the voluntary guarantee, write to support@whatbusiness.ai from the email address used for the purchase, or reply to the purchase confirmation, and tell us you would like a refund. This lets us locate and verify the correct payment without asking for card details.

We aim to process eligible refunds promptly back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the credit.

The voluntary guarantee is limited to one guaranteed refund per customer or payment identity. We may decline a claim under this voluntary guarantee where we reasonably identify fraud, repeated purchase-and-refund behaviour, the use of multiple accounts, email addresses, or payment identities to evade this limit, or coordinated or organised abuse.

These fair-use limits apply only to our voluntary guarantee. They do not limit a remedy that applicable law requires us to provide, such as bringing content into conformity, a price reduction, or terminating the contract and refunding the price where the legal conditions are met.

The Full Match Report is digital content delivered immediately after payment. At checkout, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that your ordinary 14-day right to withdraw is lost when digital delivery begins. Our voluntary 14-day guarantee remains available on the terms above.

If the report is not supplied, is faulty, or is materially not as described, contact us — preferably from the purchasing email address so we can verify the transaction. Mandatory consumer remedies may apply independently of the voluntary guarantee, including after that guarantee has been used or its 14-day period has ended.

Your paid entitlement ends only after Stripe confirms that a full refund has completed successfully. At that point, access to the Full Match Report and its paid downloads is removed. A requested, pending, failed, cancelled, or partial refund does not by itself remove paid access. Your assessment and free result remain available under the normal account and data-retention rules.
