WhatBusiness.ai guides you through a short assessment about your interests, skills, experience, resources, goals, and constraints, and matches your answers against a structured library of business opportunities. You get a free closest match, and can unlock a paid Full Match Report ($35, one-time, including taxes where applicable) that explains all of your matches in more depth.

Your matches describe businesses that may be worth exploring given the information you provided. They are informational and educational only. They are not financial, legal, tax, or professional business advice, and they are not a promise, prediction, or guarantee that any business will succeed, generate income, or be right for you. Whether and how to pursue any match is entirely your decision, and you are responsible for your own research and due diligence before acting on it.

You do not need an account to take the assessment or see your free result. An email address is collected when you unlock a paid report so we can send your result link and purchase confirmation, and so you can return to it later. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address and any account credentials secure. Paid access continues while the purchase remains active; after a full refund completes successfully, paid access ends without affecting your free result.

The Full Match Report is a one-time purchase — there is no subscription and nothing recurring. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Depending on your region, the displayed price is charged in EUR, USD, GBP, or AUD. The displayed consumer price is the total price and includes applicable taxes; they are not added on top at checkout. See our refund policy for the voluntary money-back guarantee, statutory remedies, and when access ends.

The Full Match Report is digital content supplied immediately after payment. At checkout, you expressly request that delivery begin straight away and acknowledge that your ordinary 14-day right of withdrawal is lost when digital delivery begins. This acknowledgment concerns that withdrawal right only. It does not waive mandatory remedies for digital content that is not supplied, faulty, or materially not as described. Our separate voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee remains available on the terms in the refund policy.

Our voluntary guarantee permits one guaranteed full refund per customer or payment identity when requested within 14 days from the email address used for the purchase. We may refuse the voluntary guarantee where we reasonably identify fraud, repeated purchase-and-refund behaviour, attempts to evade the limit through multiple accounts, email addresses, or payment identities, or coordinated or organised abuse.

Those conditions do not restrict remedies that applicable consumer law requires. Paid access ends only after Stripe confirms a completed full refund; a requested, pending, failed, cancelled, or partial refund does not by itself end access. The full operational terms are in the refund policy.

You agree to use WhatBusiness.ai only for its intended purpose: exploring business directions for yourself. Please do not:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the assessment, matching system, or any account other than your own.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the opportunity library, matching methodology, or generated reports as your own product or service.
• Submit false information intended to abuse free access, refunds, or promotions.
• Use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

The assessment, the opportunity library, the matching methodology, the website, and the generated report format belong to us or our licensors. Your own assessment answers and generated result belong to you to use personally; we do not claim ownership over your business idea or how you choose to pursue it.

In plain terms: we build this product carefully, but we cannot control what happens once you act on a match. To the extent permitted by law, WhatBusiness.ai and its team are not liable for business, financial, or other losses arising from decisions you make based on your assessment result or report. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, if any. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, such as liability for fraud.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
